Explode Fractured Prim

Is there any way to plug something already packed into mops_explode?
For example, if I want to fracture a model and then pack it so that explode applies its attributes for each fractured primitive instead of each polygon needed for different modifiers to drive them. The problem is mop explode does not seem to work at all if you input a packed prim to it but I can't think of what else i could input into explode for it just to affect the primitives I want without packing.

any ideas?

If something is already packed, you shouldn't need to run MOPs Explode at all... that's just meant to convert each face into a packed primitive.

MOPs Convert should be able to convert your fractured pieces into MOPs-friendly packed primitives. Check out the voronoi_to_mops example file.

brilliant I was looking for a way of merging MOPS with fractured geometry
and the re-orient mop helps as well
