mops_Set_Sequence_Time

I cached vellum animation, instance it and I would like to offset it as in animated_instances.hip but it doesn't work. Can't find what's wrong.
I'm using H20.0.506

Are you able to post the hip file in question? It's hard to diagnose the problem from just a screenshot.
