Hi, is there a way to add avoidance while instancers are moving along the spline so that they doesn't intersect with each others?

Currently there's no procedural way to do this. In the upcoming commercial version of MOPs, there will be support for DOPs, including RBD, Vellum and POP simulations, and you'll be able to get collisions that way. It's not possible to resolve collisions procedurally in SOPs without running into continuity errors.
